Don Trudeau
Taught observance as a child and practised until becoming an Elder. For seventy-two years I have witnessed the changes on wildlife, climate, economy, health, weather, catastrophic land events, conveniences which changed our interaction with the planet. Today we are on the very brink of disaster, and I have come to see that threshold has two meanings. One is to begin, the other to end. I am a Shaman in First Nation depiction and have been on the cusp of change since six years old until now, aged seventy-eight. Some of what I have witnessed is described herein, to give warning, as is one of my Shaman duties, to bring awareness of what approaches.

The dire conditions facing us today and the downfall we shall experience from the end results. The populace is beginning to question exactly what is it that is happening and increasing in severity.
To open eyes to what will befall us, to prepare as best as possible, to seek out like minded persons who wish company going through the eventual turmoil. Each species has a control to keep the balance except mankind and now the worldwide environments will deliver the balance control upon us.
Confirmation in print that which they are experiencing, that which the news channels are reporting, and that which old stories have been warning of.
I will be ridiculed for the concept of the book but I will accept and carry this ridiculing as long as the some of the populace take the writing seriously and prepare themselves for the hardships coming which will take our living conditions back in time, no gas, no hydro and no one to grow or ship our groceries. Hard times which when we become accustomed to will be an easy existence.
I have spent the last 20 years collecting those tools which will benefit my continuation, sewing needles, fish nets, hand-held tools, axe, shovel, whatever needs no gas or electricity to operate. These things I want to bring awareness to that which valuable, is more important than currency or gold.
